Cultural Training
Welcome to a Transformative Journey
At Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCCGC), we believe adapting and responding to cultural diversity is a lifelong journey, for both individuals and organisations. As the Gold Coast’s peak body for multicultural communities, with over 40 years of experience supporting migrants, refugees, and international arrivals, we understand what it takes to foster inclusion that lasts.
We deliver bespoke cultural capability training tailored to your organisation’s needs, whether you're building an inclusive workplace, equipping frontline teams, or strengthening engagement with multicultural communities. We combine our community engagement knowledge with educational resources and practical tools for short-term and long-term learning and development.
MCCGC’s respected track record includes training delivery across government, corporate, and community sectors. Our sessions move beyond theory, developing tangible skills, building confidence, and enabling culturally responsive practices that meet the realities of Australia’s diverse society. Are you ready to strengthen your team’s cultural capability & lead the way in inclusion?

Success Story: Miami State High School
We partnered with Miami State High School to deliver training to over 500 students - sparking vital conversations around multiculturalism and respect.

Jason Cross, Acting Principal
"Thank you for your fabulous presentation!
Your style is very enlivening and you did bring a fresh approach to delivering the content.
We all found the learning experience very enjoyable as well as informative. Your "hands on" experience with multicultural groups has given the volunteers an opportunity to raise their own awareness around communication issues that may arise in their relationships with clients and their families.
Thanks again , and we would love to have you back for next year training if you are available!"
Autumne Camidge, Training Coordinator (Tweed Palliative Support Inc.)
