Womens Group Inspiring Pots Workshop

We had an incredible time at our recent “Inspiring Pots Workshop” run by the lovely Monica and Janette from our Wellbeing and Connection team, where amazing women came together to explore their creativity and relax their minds through a mindfulness art workshop.

This empowering experience allowed participants to express themselves and reconnect with their bodies and minds through painting.
