Our Care Finder, Community Development and Community Pathway Connector team had a fantastic time at the Social Worker Expo at Varsity Lakes Community Centre last week.
It was an opportunity for attendees to connect with other professionals and service providers, and it was a great platform for our teams to network and collaborate with other organisations in supporting the community.
