Seniors Chinese Club

We had an amazing day filled with joy and activity! Our wonderful Chinese seniors, along with our dedicated Cura Aged Care and MCCGC staff, enjoyed a delightful outing. We started with a scenic sightseeing tour beside the water. This was followed by some refreshing health exercises and calming meditation. The highlight of the day was "Cycling Without Age," where six enthusiastic volunteers rode trishaws, taking our seniors on a 5-km journey around Esplanade Park CentrE.

We wrapped up with a delicious lunch featuring Vietnamese rice noodles and lamb. It was a day full of smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories. Thank you to Ping, our Community Engagement Worker, our valued volunteer Vivian Liu, and our lovely student Anqi for making this event special!
