Luminous in the Regions Festival

We had a fantastic time at Luminous Festival. From wonderful performances, a great lantern-making workshop, a beautiful parade, to delicious food, everybody was very connected.

Australia’s rich cultural diversity shines through events like Luminous, which welcomes new migrants and fosters a sense of belonging in an inclusive community. When different cultures engage, they build understanding and respect.

A huge thank you to every staff member who helped bring this meaningful event to life. And thank you to Multicultural Australia, Multicultural Affairs Queensland and SBS Australia for your unwavering support.

By uniting multicultural communities, we all sent a powerful message of harmony. We’re already looking forward to next year’s celebration!
