Gold Coast Seniors Health & Lifestyle Expo

Our lovely Care Advisor, Bec, and Senior Care Worker, Johanna, attended the Gold Coast Seniors Health & Lifestyle Expo. This fantastic event connected seniors with aged care service providers and gave them essential information, ensuring they access the resources and support needed for a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

It was wonderful to see how seniors accessed free services, such as hearing checks, massages, basic legal and/or financial advice, and general aged care services, which helped increase their awareness of their wellbeing.

Engaging directly with attendees provides valuable insights for our team and offers a priceless opportunity to interact with the community we serve. Listening to our seniors, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating our commitment to their wellbeing helps us build great relationships.
