Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse Celebration

We loved welcoming the 2026 Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse with a vibrant celebration at the Robina Community Art Gallery. It was a day full of art and colour. From the stunning Face Changing performance, energetic Lion Dance, traditional Sichuan opera, to the aroma of fresh dumplings and a beautifully guided tea ceremony, every moment was incredible.

It was wonderful to see Nathan, our NDIS participant, proudly presenting his artwork during the Art Exhibition Opening, and the amazing performance by Linda, our former Cura Aged Care Home Care Worker. All the artists brought creativity and cultural pride, creating a magical atmosphere.

And a big thank you to the Asian Women Association for organising this fantastic event, and to our team for their incredible support. We’re proud to support our multicultural communities and grateful to everyone who joined us, connected with the activities, and embraced these beautiful traditions.
