Anzac Day English Social Group in Palm Beach

Our Palm Beach English class had a great time learning about Anzac Day and the meaning of poppies. The poppies are one of the symbols of Anzac Day, as they have a lot of significance. During World War I, red poppies were among the first plants to grow on the Western Front in Europe. The poppy has since become a symbol of remembrance for those who lost their lives in the First World War. Anzac Day is rich with symbols and traditions.

Our English class in Palm Beach is every Tuesday and is open to everyone. Want to join us? Contact us at cams@mccgc.org.au. We'd love to see you there!
