Feedback and Complaints
To provide feedback or make a complaint about the Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast (MCCGC), Cura Aged Care Services or any other services/programs delivered by the organisation, you can contact us directly through our website, by phone or email. Alternatively, you can complete the Tell Us What You Think Form below.
If you are a client or participant of one of our services, you may speak with the Manager of the service upon request. This is often the initial step to address concerns.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the issue to the relevant agency associated with the service you are receiving. The table below lists the main agencies responsible for handling complaints in the sectors where MCCGC operates.
