MCCGC at 2024 Connect 2 Home Event

Last week, the Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast Ltd. Care Finder had the pleasure of being part of the 2024 Connect 2 Home event. A chilly day brightened up by warm smiles, hot coffee and friendly conversations with colleagues from the Footprints Community Care Finder team and our partners for the event Gold Coast Primary Health Network - GCPHN as we gave out information and goodies to the crowds. We are grateful to be a part of this important annual event and the Gold Coast Homelessness Network.
