We are excited to announce our Seniors Month event, ‘Sitting at the Feet of our Elders,' on Tuesday, the 7th of October. It will be a community social day designed to unite seniors, young people, and service providers in an intergenerational celebration of storytelling, culture, and collaboration.

This special event will be full of:

• Engaging lived-experience conversations
• Improve digital literacy
• Travel the world with a virtual reality activity
• Connect with essential services
• Meet new friends
• Enjoy a fun movement session to keep you active and energised
• Delicious lunch

It will be a perfect opportunity to help people of all ages and backgrounds connect with each other, learn new skills, promote wellbeing and celebrate our shared community in a welcoming environment through interactive and enjoyable experiences.
