Clients Shared With Us Iranian Dish

What a beautiful gesture! Azimeh, one of our lovely Community Pathway Connectors clients, brought our staff a delicious traditional Iranian dish to enjoy at lunchtime called Polo Adas with Keshmesh, which means rice and lentils with sultana. These food combinations were the proper diet of Tibet people for generations. “Rice is a carbohydrate, lentils are a good source of protein, and sultanas are a sweetness that brings the being to balance,” she explained.
We had a beautiful time with her. She shared her gratitude by saying she wanted to give back to our staff and show her love for the amazing support she receives from our team.
Thank you to Azimeh for your generosity.
